Shopping Information
What is the delivery time?
In general, orders takes around 2 weeks to arrive from the order date. We also offer expedited delivery service with some additional charges. For detailed shipping time, kindly refer to our shpiping policy
How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders above USD $100. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 20 USD . We also offer expedited delivery service for $30 in addition. Kindly refer to our shipping term for detail
I've ordered the wrong product/size/color, how do I change my order?
Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order. You have to pay for the return freight.
My product is damaged/torned, what do I do?

Yes, SEED Outdoor accepts various payment methods and accept credit cards such as visa, mastercard and AmericanExpress.

Yes, SEED Outdoor utilizes SHOP pay, which is a guaranteed safe checkout gateway provided by Shopify company.

Do you offer free return/exchange
SEED Outdoor offers return/exchange service at buyer's cost of returning. The shipping cost vary by country and depends on the product sizes.
