Q: What is the delivery time?
A: In general, orders takes around 2 weeks to arrive from the order date. We also offer expedited delivery service with some additional charges. For detailed shipping time, kindly refer to our shipping policy
Q: How much is the shipping cost?
A: We offer free shipping for orders above USD $49.99. For orders under that amount we will add a shipping fee of 15 USD . We also offer expedited delivery service for $25 in addition. Kindly refer to our shipping term for detail
Q: I've ordered the wrong product/size/color, how do I change my order?
A: Call or email us with your inquiry. If you need to change size/color/product, we can cancel the order if it hasn't left the warehouse. If the order has left the warehouse, place a new order and return the wrong order. You have to pay for the return freight.
